We currently live in California and are looking for a condo in the Miami area for investment and future retirement. We searched online to find real estate agents in the Miami area. We selected her based on the reviews. We contacted her through Trulia, and she responded quickly. We sent her a list of over 12 condos that we found on the websites and ask her to show us those condos when we visited Miami in March. She made arrangements for all of the condos except the ones that were already sold. She had to confirm and re-confirm many times with every listing agent and made the appointments efficiently. After seeing the condos, we wanted to see some units for the second time on Sunday, we called her on Saturday, and she quickly arranged the condos with short notice. She and the condo president show all the units we wanted to see and some of the units that matched what we like. She was so nice to accommodate our tight schedule while visiting Miami and provided everything we needed. Although we didn’t make an offer this time, we definitely will use her as our agent when we found the right unit and make the purchase. She is very professional, extremely responsive, and reliable.
